Initially, by Billy Wayne Fulmer, Ann Davis was hired to the Sheriff’s Department as a part time Correctional Officer. Later, in February of 2000, she became a full-time Officer, being assigned to the medical office of the jail. In 2004, Ann Davis was promoted to the rank of Sergeant and supervised the daytime operations.
