Jeffrey Dahmer was in the midst of a project building a grotesque Shrine, when he was arrested. In Wendy Patrickus tapes, he described the Shrine as a remembrance and a keepsake of his victims. Jeffrey Dahmer drew a diagram of the planned Shrine for Wendy Patrickus which she shows in the Netflix documentary and which Jeffrey Dahmer actually signed. This way to keep his victims with him.
