VideoGram is one of the features offered by JPay that allows you to be able to send a short video and attach it when you send an email to an inmate. To use it, it is important for you to know the rules of using this feature.
The first rule is that you are able to attach your VideoGram in the email that you send to an inmate. The second rule is that you record the video using a webcam attached to your computer and the third rule is that your VideoGram is limited to 30 seconds in duration. Another rule that you need to know is that the video cannot be larger than 1 MB (1024 kb). On the JPay site, it is also explained that you are only able to make attachments after you have typed your letter. Before you send an email together with the VideoGram that you attach, make sure that you buy stamps first because stamps are needed to send email, photo attachments, VideoGram, eCards, or Snap n Send.
