Comment: “I called my sister on video in Christian County Jail “Hopkinsville Kentucky” and the connection kept going bad on her end. Also, it kept saying my face wasn’t visible in the camera when I was on my laptop sitting in front of my camera. Again the jail connection kept saying poor connect residents poor respondence. Why no refund can be issued when we as customers are paying our hard-working money to speak and see our family members on camera and can’t get a good connection.”

Comment: “I emailed the jail atm to ask for a statement of my deposit. There is a place to download deposits on the website. However, I have waited up to 30 minutes for deposits to download, which they never do. I have tried at least 3 occasions. Jailatm’s response was to give me directions on how to download the deposits (which I already have done and that was explained in my email). The second suggestion they had was to I can print out the list of transactions that I had through messaging. That only tells me how much I spent not how much I deposited. By not knowing the deposit amt. they can short change me. They have all these columns of problems that you might have, but don’t cover everything!”
