The system of iWebVisit allows for face-to-face Video Visitation from the comfort of home, or anywhere you have access to reliable Internet. A remote video visit is frequently cheaper than a voice telephone call, or traveling to a correctional facility. You are able to visit remotely on your schedule. Also, visiting remotely is a convenient way to show your friend or loved one how much you care.
iWebVisit Visitation Policy
iWebVisit visitation of the inmates can be scheduled seven days a week. The hours are going to be from 7:30 a.m. until 10:00 p.m. Each visit will be for 15 minutes, with up to three visits per day. - Most inmates will be allowed up to three iWebVisit visits per day.
- Several inmates will only be allowed up to three iWebVisit visits per week.
- These visits are going to be recorded and may be monitored during the visit.
- If an inmate or visitor displays inappropriate behavior, the visit will be terminated immediately and they will lose future visitation privileges.
- A monthly fee of $2.95 will be charged for each visitor by iWebVisit.
- A $5.00 fee will be charged for each 15-minute unit visit by iWebVisit.

Professional/Legal visitation of the inmates through iWebVisit can be scheduled seven days a week. The hours are going to be 7:30 a.m. until 10:00 p.m. Each visit will be for fifteen minutes with an unlimited number of visits back-to-back per day. - A $6.00 fee will be charged for each 15-minute unit visit by iWebVisit.

iWebVisit.com – Refund/Cancellation Policy
All iWebVisit remote visitation sessions are reserved in advance, prepaid, and non-refundable. Unsuccessful visits due to equipment, browser, and internet problems cannot be credited.
- If a visit is cancelled at least 24 hours in advance of the visit, then automatically you are going to receive a prepaid code for future use.
- If a visit is not cancelled at least 24 hours in advance of the visit, then you will not receive a prepaid code for future use.
- After a visit is scheduled, the time of the visit will not be able to be changed.
- If you miss a visit, no waiver code can be provided because the visit session was held for you whether you attended or not.
- If you schedule a “Same-Day” visit and miss or cancel it for any reason, no waiver code can be provided because the visit session was held for you whether you attended or not.
