Remove an Inmate from Securus – Here’s Way
Need to know that Securus Debit accounts are unable to be closed, only removed from view online.
To remove a Securus Debit Account from your Securus Online account, you have to follow these steps below:
- At the first step, log into www.securustech.net, click View Account(s)
- After that, you have to choose the Securus Debit Account you want to remove, click the trash can Icon
- Then, you are able to click Remove Inmate.

- If you are not already logged into your account, you are able to visit https://www.securustech.net/.
- Then, choose a Managed Prepaid Account.
- The next step is to select Block/Unblock Calls. Please select the phone number from the drop down that you want to unblock. And, click Unblock.

- You have to create a payment higher than the minimum amount on the bill.

Block My Phone Number from Receiving Incarcerated Individual Calls – Here’s Way
If you want to prevent calls from a correctional facility handled by Securus Technologies, just follow the steps below:

- At the first step, log into your account at www.securustech.net. Then, click Manage Prepaid Account.
- After that, you have to click Block/Unblock Calls.
- Then, you must click Add a Block in the upper right-hand corner.
- Now, you are able to select the phone number you want to block and if you want to block all the facilities or a specific facility.
- Please select All Facilities from the drop down and click Add to add the block.
- Please select Specific Facility, State and Facility from the drop down. Next, click Add to add the block.
