- On the following page, you need to select one of the two methods to recover your username: via email or text message (SMS).
1. Via Email
- If you select the “via email” option, you need to enter your email address.
- Then, select “Recover Username.”
- Your VineLink username will be sent to your email and may take a few moments before it arrives.
- To continue your username recovery, you can check your email to get your VineLink username.
2. Via Text Message
- If you select the option to recover your username via text message, you may have to enter your valid phone number.
- Then, select “Recover Username.”
- Just like via email, your VineLink username will be sent to you via text message. You may need a few moments to wait until your username appears on your phone message.

Recovering Your Password in VineLink: Here’s How!

- Make sure to select one method to recover your password and select “Continue.”
- If you select an email address to recover your password, your password has now been recovered. To recover it, you can check your email and select a reset password link. You may need to wait a few minutes to receive the link for password recovery.
- If you select a phone number to recover your password, you will receive a text message containing your new VineLink password.
- If you don’t receive a message to recover your password, you can select “I Don’t Receive a Message“
- By doing this, you will be taken to a page that requires you to create a new password for your VineLink account.
- Your password should include eight or more characters, numbers, an uppercase and a lowercase letter.
- Then, enter your new password on the available bar and select “Update.”
- If your password update succeeds, there will be a pop-up message confirming that your password has been successfully updated.
