Talking about JPay online payments, you are allowed to send money as a recurring payment if you will be sending money on a regular basis. However, after sending money as a recurring payment for a while, you may want to postpone a recurring payment until you want to start it again. Then, what should you do to deactivate JPay recurring money transfers?
For anyone who wants to deactivate JPay recurring money transfers, the instructions that you should follow include:

- The first thing that you need to do is to go to the Recurring Payment page.
- When you are on the Recurring Payment page, click Deactivate in the Recurring Payment box that you want to deactivate.
- Just like that the recurring payment is on hold. It will remain the same until you reactivate the recurring payment by clicking on Activate.
If one day you change your mind and want to reactivate the JPay recurring money transfers, here is the guide to follow:

- First of all, you should go to the front page of Jpay.
- When you are on the front page of Jpay, go to the Navigation menu.
- When you are on the Navigation menu, find Send Money and click it.
- On the Send Money menu, you should click Recurring Payments.
- Please click Set up new on the Recurring Payment page.
- Then, choose a transfer category in the Transfer Category list and then click Continue. In case the Transfer Category is not available, please click Continue.
- The next thing that you have to do is to choose your payment method. Feel free to choose a previously saved card from the Select card list or to click Use a new credit/debit card if you want to use a new card. If you choose the second option, you will be asked to add billing information for the new card.
- After choosing your payment method, it is time for you to enter the amount of money that you want to send to the inmate or offender. You can do it in the Enter Amount field.
- Then, choose the date that you want to start the recurring payments on as well as the recurring interval in the Recurring Start Date box.
- Do not forget to click Continue.
- It is important for you to make sure that the information is correct in the Payment Verification box.
- Once you are sure, the last thing that you have to do is to click Submit.
