- Secondly, in the “Add Funds to Phone Account” box, you have to click on the Buy Phone Time option.
- And then, on the Phone Account page, in the Choose Offender list, you have to choose the offender that you wish to fund.
- Here, you are required to choose your payment method where it is done by choosing a card that was previously saved from the Select Card list. In case you want to use a new card, you need to click on the Use A New Credit/ Debit Card option.
- In this step, you need to enter the amount of money that you wish to send to the inmate in the Enter Amount field. After entering the amount of money, then you have to click on the Continue button.
- In the Payment Verification box, you need to make sure that the information is right. After you are sure of it, you need to click on the Submit button.
For your information, in JPay, with the Phone Time account, the inmate is allowed to be able to call anyone on their approved caller list. However, Jpay also offers a Friend and Family AdvanceConnect (Prepaid Phone Time) account where it permits the inmate to be able to call you and only you.
