Dahmer – Monster: The Jeffrey Dahmer Story was released on September 21st, 2022 and it is an American true crime anthology series on Netflix. Ryan Murphy and Iann Brennan are the creators of the series. The series is about Jeffrey Dahmer’s life who was a serial killer. Surprisingly, this series debuted at No. 1 on Netflix.

Dahmer said to Inside Edition that he showed The Exorcist III movie to his victims. He said that he felt very hopelessly evil and perverted so he got pleasure from watching the tape. He also said that he did not like to feel evil and he tried to overcome the thoughts and the desire to kill, but then he gave up.
When Dahmer Drove at 3 AM, He Was Pulled Over by Police and He Actually Had Human Remains in His Car
The New York Times reported that after Dahmer killed his first victim, namely Steven Hicks who was 18 years old, he was pulled over by police officials. It happened in 1978. In the situation, the officers were convinced by Dahmer to let him go and actually there were garbage bags of Hick’s remains in the backseat.

In real life, both officers never received the recognition. They were even suspended after Dahmer was arrested and then they were reinstated in 1994.

Glenda Cleveland Followed Up Her Suspicions to Milwaukee Police Again and Again
Same as shown in the series, in real life, Cleveland contacted the Milwaukee police about her suspicions about Dahmer after she saw an article in the newspaper that informed that Sinthasomphone was missing. She called the local authorities several times, but it was not answered. And then, she decided to contact the FBI and she was informed that it did not have jurisdiction. She called for months, but then Dahmer was finally arrested in real life seven weeks after.
