Creating Account in JailATM
If you are a family member or a friend of an inmate and you want to communicate with your inmate through JailATM including buying them a Gold Pass, you have to create an account first on JailATM site. What do we have to do to create an account on JailATM site? You are able to follow the steps below to create an account on JailATM site.
- First, you have to hit the Sign In / Register button which can be found in the top right of the website.
- After that, there will be a field where you have to enter your email address. There, you have to enter your complete email address for example, clarissa123@emaildomain.com.
- Now, you have to fill out all the information on the Personal Details form.
- After filling it out, next you have to click on the Save button.
- In this step, you are required to create a password.
- After you create a password, you need to check your email. In the email, you will find an activation link where you have to click on it or copy it and paste into your browser.
- And now, you have to sign in to your JailATM by using your email address and password.
If you want to edit your account details, you are able to do that by clicking on My Account. After you access My Account, then you have to click on the Settings and then click on the Account Details. After that, you have to make the change that you want and after you edit the details of your account, you have to click on the Save button so that the change that you have made is saved.
