- Then, click the ‘System Check’ on the JPay Video Connect’.
- To start your System Check, you should click on the ‘click here’ link on the ‘System Check’ page.
- On the ‘Securus Technologies Precall Test’ page, you can then click ‘Start’.
- If the system is asking for permissions, make sure to allow necessary permissions to test Microphone and Camera.
- If once completing all tests, all components show as PASSED, of course, you successfully completed the System Check. Otherwise, if anything shows as FAILED, please troubleshoot that piece and retest.
